This conditioner preps my hair before my daily styling. I find the wash lasts about 4-5 days and my hair is still smelling fresh on the last day. It usuallty takes two conditions to get good coverage on my long hair. My only negative to this products would be to release a larger size so I wouldnt have to re-purchase so often, possibly with a pump to make it more convnient.
