30 Day Money Back Guarantee

For hot tools and accessories purchased from mermadehair.co.uk, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee for products purchased from our website only. All we ask is that you try our products and if you are not completely happy, simply return the items within 30-days from the date of delivery and we'll refund you. 

To be eligible for our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, the product & packaging must be in new condition. If a product is missing, box is damaged or not in restockable condition we cannot provide a refund. Refunds can only be issued to the method that was used to pay for the order. Unfortunately we cannot process exchanges.

We do not accept refunds for gift vouchers, haircare products or accessories for hygiene reasons. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under Australian Consumer Law. However, if the product is faulty, does not work or does not appear as it should, then a refund or replacement will occur only if the product was purchased from our website.

Returns Process

1. To initiate a return, simply email us at returns@mermadehair.com with the details below:

2. Ship your return back to our UK warehouse. Please note we do not cover or refund shipping costs.
3. Once inspected, a full refund of the product/s will be returned to your account within 14 days.

Purchases From Retailers & Stockists

If you have purchased a Mermade product from a retailer you will need to contact the retailer directly for their returns policy. Your purchase will not be covered in our 60 Day Money Back Guarantee.
